Plasterboard Manufacturing Enterprise was established in 2006 in Georgia as a construction materials manufacturer specializing in gypsum plasterboard production. The company developed modern manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and reliable supply capabilities, enabling consistent production for the local market.

As a result of its operational scale and industrial maturity, the company became a strategic acquisition target for the international building materials group Knauf. The enterprise was subsequently acquired by Knauf, marking a significant milestone in its growth and integration into global manufacturing standards.
